This notice explains data processing through this website and communications with Renea Vision Consulting. Do not send sensitive data or identity documents through the contact form.

2. Features currently active
The contact form sends your enquiry to the Renea Vision team using Brevo. The site does not store a new copy of your name, email, phone or message in its database. The on-screen confirmation means that the sending service accepted the email, not that it has already been read.
3. Contact enquiries
We use your name, company, email, topic and message to answer your enquiry and assess a possible engagement; a phone number is optional. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps requested by the individual where applicable, or our legitimate interest in responding to company representatives. Acknowledging this notice does not subscribe you to marketing. The required fields are needed to process the form; telephone contact remains available.
4. Newsletter
Newsletter subscriptions are not collected in this version. Once activated, subscription will require separate consent and email confirmation, with an unsubscribe option in every edition. Earlier test records will not automatically be imported as confirmed subscriptions.
5. Operation and security
Infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, browser information, requests and security events to deliver and protect the website. When forms are enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile verifies automated traffic. Application abuse counters use rotating HMAC identifiers, not readable IP or email addresses. Counters expire within 24 hours and are deleted on the next protected submission. Our legitimate interest in protecting the service is the legal basis.
6. Providers and access
Enquiries are accessible only to people handling them. OpenAI/Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure provide website hosting and protection. Microsoft provides the email service used for contact. Brevo is the prepared integration for form delivery and newsletters and receives this data only after activation. Project specialists receive information only as needed and under appropriate confidentiality arrangements. We do not sell personal data.
7. Retention
For enquiries that do not result in a contract, we keep correspondence for no more than 12 months after the last communication, then delete it. This covers working copies managed by Renea Vision, including email copies. Deletion of these copies is managed by the team, not performed automatically by this website. Contract records, legal obligations and legal claims have separate retention periods according to their purpose and applicable requirements. Providers' technical logs have separate retention periods based on necessity. When the newsletter is activated, withdrawing consent stops communications; a minimal record may be needed to honour suppression and evidence earlier consent.
7.1. Brevo delivery logs
For messages sent through Brevo, delivery logs are configured to be retained for 12 months from the recorded event. These logs contain technical metadata such as the date, recipient and delivery status. Email content previews are disabled for new messages. According to the provider, automatic log deletion may take up to 24 hours after the retention period ends. This setting does not delete correspondence received in Outlook, which follows the separate rule above.
7.2. Turnstile technical data
Cloudflare Turnstile analyses signals such as IP addresses and browser information to distinguish visitors from automated traffic. Cloudflare processes these signals on our behalf to protect the website and, as a separate controller, to improve bot detection under its own notice. Turnstile does not subscribe you to marketing. 8. Data location and transfers
Sites hosting and the providers involved may process data outside the EEA; we do not guarantee exclusive residency in Romania or the EU. Hosting through the Business account is subject to OpenAI's data processing addendum, which provides standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions for relevant transfers. Brevo and Cloudflare agreements also provide transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and supplementary measures. 9. Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, object to legitimate-interest processing and withdraw consent. Use the privacy contact above. Identity verification will be proportionate; we do not automatically request an identity document. We normally respond within one month, with justified extensions where the law permits. You may complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP, through dataprotection.ro.
10. Other information
We do not use these forms for profiling or automated decisions with legal effects. This website is intended for business audiences, not children. LinkedIn and other external websites have their own policies; displaying an external link does not itself embed that platform's tracking tools on our website.
